Tactical Communication 3.0

[THIS SESSION HAS EXPIRED!]
Please review the calendar for upcoming programs.

Course Description:

Protection Communication (PCT) is a reality based system designed to give professionals an edge during verbal encounters. It allows them to be in a stronger position by enabling conflict resolution in the safest possible manner.

PCT is an intrinsic part of Executive Protection. It is often the first defense against physical confrontation and is also an essential tool when communicating with the protectee/principal, their family members, staff/entourage and anyone they may interact with.

Executive Protection Institute (EPI) introduces this 2-hour workshop on methods, verbal tactics, and techniques to enhance communication during dynamic, stressful, and sometimes dangerous or aggressive encounters safely and effectively.

We understand that how we say things can be more impactful and lasting than the words we choose, however, additional factors combine during messaging. If the ‘eyes are the windows to the soul’; then tone, posture and gestures will more accurately reveal true feelings and intention.

Your attitude determines your destiny.

This workshop will explain how crucial Situational Awareness is to the Communication Process; particularly:

Perception

Interpretation

Response

A failure of any one of these components may spell disaster. Awareness means to pay attention to critical information in the environment. Though prevention is the Golden Rule, Protectors must be prepared to also make appropriate interventions and negotiations when confronted with hostile situations.

Reshape your reality with the power of Words and Projection.
