Kevin Palacios is a seasoned expert in executive protection with more than 25 years of experience leading and coordinating protection teams throughout Latin America. He has directed operations in diverse and complex environments, supporting executives, dignitaries, and high-profile individuals across the region.

Mr. Palacios is the author of the Executive Protection Risk Management (EPRM) framework and book, a recognized methodology that provides a structured approach to identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in protective operations. His contributions have made him a reference in the field, advancing professional standards and shaping how executive protection is practiced today.

He is the Executive Director of HELPS Latam, a company specialized in providing protective services, secure transportation, and protective intelligence in 18 countries. In addition, Kevin is the Latin America Director of the Executive Protection Institute (EPI), where he works to expand access to world-class training and education for professionals in the region.

Kevin has successfully completed the Personal Protection Specialist (PPS) certification from EPI, consolidating his knowledge and expertise in executive protection. He is also a proud member of the Nine Lives Associates (NLA), a distinguished group of professionals recognized for their significant contributions to the protection industry.

Throughout his career, Kevin has been recognized as a thought leader, educator, and mentor, dedicated to developing the next generation of executive protection professionals and elevating the standards of the industry worldwide.
