Since founding Centennial Protection Group, David has developed a strategic partnership and relationships with Fortune 500 companies providing services for their security needs. He brings over 30 years of leadership experience in Private Security and Law Enforcement. He draws from his experience as a retired Captain with the Maryland State Police, and as a former United States Marine. He develops strong relationships with law enforcement command in the areas served.

He is a certified Personal Protection Specialist (PPS) and a member of ASIS International. David has extensive command, patrol and tactical experience and was a key Maryland State Police policy maker. His experience includes commanding operations at the Forensic Sciences Division, Human Resources Division and supervising Counterintelligence and Anti-Terrorism State Police contingency teams for the National Security Agency.
