William Horn is an Instructor in many facets of Executive Protection Subjects, particularly specializing in Emergency Medical Training, Firearms Applications, and General Protective/Security subjects. He retired from the Frederick County, Virginia Sheriff’s Office where he held the rank of Captain.
Mr. Horn is certified as an Instructor with the Executive Protection Institute and the American Heart Association. Mr. Horn has taught over a thousand students in the application of CPR/AED/First Aid. In the past he sat on the Health and Safety Committee of the Top of Virginia Chapter of the American Red Cross as its Chairman. Mr. Horn is also a certified Emergency Medical Technician-B as certified with the Virginia Department of Health. Mr. Horn has performed in the field as a Personal Protection Specialist for entertainers, television set personnel and high profile public officials. He has performed numerous hours in Command Post Operations for various types of Protective Missions.
Mr. Horn holds a Regents Bachelor of Arts Degree, Cum Laude with an emphasis in Communication Studies from the West Virginia University. Mr. Horn is a graduate of the Executive Protection Institute, a member of the Nine Lives Associates and the Academy of Security Educators and Trainers.
