Our focus and thought processes will become that of the “bad guy”. Explore the weaknesses of both physical security program, along with information security programs.
Only by exposing weaknesses in protective measures, the security processes, and people, can we understand where gaps are and develop remediation plans to correct these gaps. Without this type of active testing, we leave organizations, or our employers/employees and our principal(s) exposed to attack vectors we may not have anticipated or thoughtfully planned for.
